Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
We will always aim to dispatch your order on the same day before 3 pm. This may not be possible during promotions or busy periods, but we always do our utmost to ensure this is the case. If an order is urgent, please contact us first before placing your order to check delivery times.
Once you place your order, we will notify you via email once your items have been posted and a tracking link provided so you can track your order from Wax is Dead to your front door.
We send all orders via tracked and insured methods and normally use royal mail or DHL depending on the weight of your order. In some circumstances, we may opt to use another courier.
BANK HOLIDAYS
We are closed on all UK Bank Holidays
UK Orders – Please order before 11am a day before the Bank Holiday to ensure the best possible chance of delivery before the Bank Holiday.
Any orders placed after 11am on the day before the Bank Holiday will be collected from us the day after will aim to be delivered the following day.
International Orders – Please place orders before 9:00am for best possible chance of collection before Bank Holiday closure.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders for Next-Day Delivery must be placed before 12 pm for guaranteed same day dispatch. While we’ll ensure your order is dispatched before the courier’s next day cut off time, we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
International Delivery
At Wax is Dead UK we want everyone to enjoy our products and will post internationally.
International postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not included in the delivery cost and are the purchaser’s sole responsibility.
Returns
All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please email us at [email protected] to start your return.
Incorrectly order products or if you change your mind
Any items ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost. Should you wish to return any incorrectly ordered products please contact us at [email protected]. We strongly advise using an insured postal service when returning goods back to us.
Faulty/Damaged Products
if in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly help.
Wrong Products Delivered
We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please contact us at [email protected] within 48hrs of receiving your goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel items in your order provided that they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Once you have completed the cancellation process we will refund you using the same method that you used to make payment. Refunds are made in 5 to 7 days as from the time of cancellation.
